There are no convars. Use this add-on if you wanna have connect and role receive animations or don't use it if you don't wanna have both animationd :D

Kann man die Position verändern, dass die Animation nicht in der Mitte vom Bildschirm ist?

Currently there are just clientside ConVars to toggle these effects
