Achievement Hunter (Another World)

This guide will contain details on how to get all 13 achievements. Most achievements will happen as you play/beat the game, only about 4 require actually doing something to earn them.

Survivor - From bad to worse. Escape the beast only to get captured by your rescuers.
Warrior - Armed to the teeth! Pickup the gun after smashing your cage. As reported in the comments, this may also happen when you charge your gun for the first time.
Secret UFO - Espace it! Stay in first room where the cage/gun for awhile (about 30 seconds on normal).
First Shield - Protect from lasers! Create your first shield with the gun.
Explorer - Vertigo from beyond the grave. After getting your gun, take the elevator to top floor and look out the window.
Mega shoot - Destroy any obstacle! Create a mega blast with the gun.
Escape water - Quite a sprinter! Outrun the water in the caves and make it to safety.
Cowboy - Clint would be proud! Pick up your gun and shoot the guard who knocks you down. It shouldn't be possible to miss this fight, but others have reported not having seen it.
Free fall - Splashhhhh! Fall from ledge before your buddy throws you to the awning.
Gladiator - The glory was short. Escape the arena OR activate the guns on the ship (right-most buttons)? NEEDS CLARIFIED.
Last battle - Invincible! Make it to the final boss.
The End - To another world... Beat the game.
Determination - I will succeed! Die 50 times in total.

Determination is dying 100 times, not 50.

@TheColorUrple I also tried that, but no success.
Actually I restarted the whole game on Hard already, died several times, but nothing happened.

Cowboy is glitched, but I believe it's because it registers after killing several guards, not just the one that grabs you. Try killing the guard near the chandelier first, then head left and up the stairs to kill the upper guard with a rebounded grenade, then try going back down towards the guard who grabs you. Mine unlocked while I was heading down the stairs, which seems to be a common trigger point for others.

@Bandita For Determination, mine didn't unlock, and I'm pretty sure I got 50+ deaths. I was playing on Easy though. I switched to Hard, loaded up the Palace save, ran to the right where guards are shooting up through the floor grate, and the achievement popped on my first death.

I completed the game already, and now I cannot seem to die enough for Determination. Any ideas?

Confirmed: Cowboy unlocks when Determination unlocks (although you MAY get Determination sooner if you die more than 50 times before the ending)
