1. get on a server that allows you to say "warning 1 get away from me or i will shoot"
2. find a person that you want to kill
3. advert 3 times "warn get away from me" somthing like that
4. kill the person
5. if an admin cals tell him to check the advert and he will say that you are good to go and you did not RDM.
