This is a very good mod to punish cowardly & stupid Ai that don't want to defend their own province but like to forced march deep into player's territories refusing combat all the way with player never able to meet them in combat unless sending at least 2 stacks of armies running all over the place after them, & then hiring full stack of mercenaries to attack player's territory that don't have a general to defend it This forces ai to suffer the consequences of their cowardly & stupid actions.

No, this mod simply raises the attrition rate of factions without a single settlement. Meaning, if they don't find a settlement to conquer in 1 turn, all armies and navies disappear, destroying the faction.

And you've changed the population dynamic, right?

So let me get this straight, this makes it so that towns appear around a region settlement, sort of like empire, but can be fought for control over, yes?
