Silent Hill Siren Horde Incoming (fade out)

Replaces the mega_mob_incoming.wav file under D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\sound\npc\mega_mob with the Silent Hill Siren. Since the original file time limit is 6 seconds I had to work around by speeding it up and fading out fast, so sadly wont be able to get the FULL experience. It works nonetheless.
