"This is my current settings for The Pinball Arcade dx11
- the dx9 version is called "PinballArcade", so you have 2 different profiles for TPA depending on DX version.
- Stern Pinball Arcade seems to use the dx11 profile for its settings.

TPA is hardcoded to run at a maximum of 60FPS , however since a perfomance tweak a while back, it typically gives 67fps, causing the game to run too fast.
the "Frame Rate Limiter" set to "59,7fps" makes sure the game runs at the right speed.

Input Delay
To reduce input delay as much as possible, I make sure "Maximum pre-rendered frame" is set to "1" , "Vertical Sync" is set to "Force Off" and "Prefered Refreshrate" is set to "Highest Available".
I have a 120hz monitor, so this will give me the best input delay, and make sure it is the same across all the different pinball games.
I will get some tearing when the camera moves, but in pinball the camera does not move around much, especially not while playing, so this is never a problem.
