Patches the Avali mod to work with Combat Extended.

IMPORTANT: Put the Avali Mod directly on top of Combat Extended and the Patch just below CE, for some reason it won't work if they are loaded further away from each other.

+If they are put in the load order like they should, all avali's have a -2039485 accuracy bonus and can never hit anything. Practically makes them useless...

Mod throws up errors, and doesn't assign characteristics from CE (e.g. Bulk capacity). This is with Avali directly on top of CE and this patch just below CE.

Can confirm, patch is throwing missing defenition errors. Probably something changed in Avali that wasn't reflected here.

I use load order just like above says, HugsLib -> HA Race 2.0 -> Avali -> CE -> Patch
But stills error. No other mod loaded.
