When you select the first easy stage, make sure to check the 'tutorial' box on the bottom right before clicking the play button, in order to play the tutorial.

When the tutorial girls says to rescue the civilian, just fly over each civilian until her face turns pink. Once her face turns pink, rescue a civilian.

When she tells you to collect an atom, do the same thing and fly over each atom until her face turns red and the achievement unlocks.
