Description: Would claim every credit in the game if they could. Starts with extra wealth, extra trade liceneses, bonuses to trade, economy, and tourism. Though be cautious. Love of money is the root of all evil.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
