Colonys start with double the pop brought, they're really hard to culture flip, and they build fleets faster than most. Also possess bonuses to ship speed and logistics.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
