Description: Heavy bonuses to trade, some to culture. While aggressive in the movies, he was not always that way and i sort of split the difference. Still malevolent but focused more on tech than war.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
