So, does your game run in Russian and you're looking for the English option? Fret not, I'm here to help. This guide is for RU version in case it wasn't obvious. Comes with English, French, German, Italian & Spanish.

Enter the following in the "Console" 
Replace the game files with the downloaded files 
留言
Enable Steam Console
steam://open/console

Enter the following in the "Console"
download_depot 267550 267551

Once the files are downloaded, the console should indicate the directory the files are downloaded as presented in the screenshot.

Replace the game files with the downloaded files
My game files are in a different directory from the downloaded files but it should work as intended. You should overwrite the files.


Now launch the game from Steam and you get to experience The Amazing Spider-Man 2 in English, French, German, Italian, Russian & Spanish.

best guide, it worked for me, i use french with this method, the exe file is global thank you man !

yup I saw it. The french package is already in the files directory the only thing you download in the depot is the global laucher instead of the incomprehensible russian launcher.

The launcher lets you pick languages so you aren't limited to English.

is it only for the english package or can I play it in french? if I can't anybody knows the french package directory for the steam console?
