Pick Your Poison challenge

Beskrivelse
Every level, Blue Baby is given a choice of two items. He must pick one of them - possible items include fan-favourites such as Bob's Brain, Isaac's Heart, Curse of the Tower, Marked, Soy Milk, Plan C, and many more...

*Character: Blue Baby.
*Goal: Chest (Normal Mode).
*Inventory: My Little Unicorn.
*Extra info: Two collectibles spawn at the start of every level - you must take one of them.

No Curse of the Blind, Labyrinth, or Maze. No Sacrifice Rooms, Dice Rooms, Shops, or the Blue Womb. No pills.

loads of these items are actually good items, the only hard thing about this challenge is playing as blue baby.

good chalenge. after a couple of tries, i got very lucky and tarted with dr. fetus, tech x in the item room, and later finding sad bombs in the boss rush. had to go through some shit, but really well done of a challenge :)

@AGamerSoYeah Glad you like it :D Cathedral is scripted to give either Body or Soul. I dunno if I should change it. I wanted to mix things up in the last few levels.

On floor 1 I took soy milk and the game gave me Tech. On floor 2 I took tiny planet because it would only benefit me. Somewhere I got magnetic tears and Isaac's heart. The cathedral glitched for me and the challenge gave me the soul. The chest gave me tech X.
Soy milk + magnetic tears + tech X = a really interesting and fun game.
I also ended up with 3 bars of damage despite having soy milk.
I am in love with this challenge. Thank you O_o for making this.

@Wolfemaster1, done. As mentioned, Dr. Fetus can become a bit of a nightmare if you also pick up certain other items alongside it.

It's funny really, Isaac has so many shit items that you can create a run that consists entirely of them.
