Informations:

This is a set of flats found around Palais Garnier in Paris.

Additional informations:

All the assets have custom models and LODs.
Templates used:
All of the buildings are set to High Commercial.
- Corner 3x3
- 2 Straight pieces 2x3
- 2 135d corners (RICO) (You need Move It to adjust the placement with other buildings.)
- 3 backsides (Purely decorative. You need to use either Building Anarchy or Move It to place them in the backs of the flats.)

Maybe on a building in the future ;)

As you can see, I suck at making buildings, but I'd love to see more combo buildings by others.

These would be nice to have as a combo building, like these I made:

They are made for RICO, and are basically just buildings that overhang their area.

So the "Combo-VE161-Resident-1" is basically a 1x3 building that covers 2x3 to the right. And the "Combo-VE161-Office-1 (RICO)" building is made the same way, just with overhang to the left.

This make it possible to have both residental and office or commercial in the same building.If the surface is not flat, it's nessescary to adjust the height with MoveIt, but that's a minor problem.

Would you consider making this and the hotel terminus with a red tile roof (like Florence style) for as a commission?

They are growable? With the exception of back fillers and rico.

Great assets. Do you consider making a growable version ?
