Insurgency MK18 (Iiopn's animations)

Long time no see, eh? Before anyone asks, no, I'm not dead, I was just resting.

Here's a port from Insurgency: the MK18 Mod 0 CQBR, an even shorter version of the venerable M4 Carbine.

I actually had this done a while ago, though I procrastinated on releasing it until now. This is different from Twilight Sparkle's version, in that it uses a different animation set.

Replaces the M16 assault rifle on Iiopn's M16 animations.
