i can only get around 100 fps+ when game is all highest setting(at 1080p) with a 1080ti, i5-8400 and 8gb ddr4-2400 is the game that consuming or my cpu and ram not good enough

lol. Basically, this game is building the list of commands for the GPU to draw on multiple CPU cores simultaneously. If I naively show these commands in the exact sequence generated, it's never drawing the same frame the same way twice.

The driver and GPU want a single stream of commands and it _is_ possible to wait until the very end of a frame and analyze the single combined command stream, it just hurts performance. I'm able to avoid that finally and can start manipulating shader state while the command buffers are still separate.
