How to perform tricks

To do tricks, hold down the Stunt Modifier button (Right Bumper by default on an Xbox controller) and press any combination of directions with either one or both analog sticks.

TrickBook

Left Stick only
Up: No Hander (landable)
Right: The Goon (landable)
Down: Suicide No Hander (landable)
Left: Double Can Can (landable)

Right Stick only
Up: Bar Hop (landable)
Right: No Footer (landable)
Down: Seat Stand (landable)
Left: Taunt (landable)

Both Sticks
Example: Left Stick Direction + Right Stick Direction

Up + Up: Heel Clicker
Up + Right: Shaolin
Up + Down: Lazy Boy
Up + Left: Rodeo
Right + Up: Ninja Nac
Right + Right: Corolla
Right + Down: Body Flip
Right + Left: Electric Death
Down + Up: Rock Solid
Down + Right: Tsunami
Down + Down: Superman Seat-Grab
Down + Left: Nothing
Left + Up: Double Nac
Left + Right: Cordova
Left + Down: Bike Flip
Left + Left: Nac-Nac

But how to do all this stunts with single stick mode on?
I have used to this controls since Unleashed on ps2 and don't realy want to switch to double stick mode. Is there any ways to do stunts with only one stick?
