Esata/Seto Fix

Açıklama
Mod to fix Esata's dialog that grants you her daughter Seto as a recruit. An update seems to have broke part of the dialog preventing it from triggering correctly, so I tweaked some things to work around it and get it to play.

Not at all, but I think I noticed where the issue is, all vanilla characters crash the game when they join me, this could be the reason why seto isn't joining

Do you have free character slots? In vanilla you can only have 30 characters, so if you already had that many she would fail to join even if you triggered the dialog.

greetings! there's an issue where the dialogue of seto joining plays and everything, but she simply doesn't join, does the mod conflict with genesis maybe? i imported the save when using the mod and tried without importing as well

luckily i saved it before hand but the third time was the charm didn't change a single mod in my library. but it worked it was just a little finicky i guess but thank for the advice. now off to recruit all the other unique recruits. thanks again.

Dialog crashes are typically a mod failing to render something correctly. I would suggest backing up your mods.cfg file, then disabling mods to test and identify which mod it is.

dont know why but it crashes whenever i talk to seto after turning in the bugmaster can you help

Thanks for your response! I actually copied your mod and changed the lines directly. Since I initially intended to keep it for personal use, I decided to do it this way. I'm quite new to this and wasn't sure how to make a separate mod, so I just edited the original directly while testing.

Depends on how you made the translation. If you modified my lines using a separate mod, then your mod would require mine. While if you copied my mod and changed the lines in it directly, it would run on its own.

Either way is fine though, I don't mind regardless.
