Mobile Authentication
READ THIS IF YOU ARE CONFUSED ON MOBILE AUTHENTICATION!
Mobile authentication is a basic way to get fast and instant trades in the steam community it is also a better way to trade!

I have Mobile Authenicator and it works great I get instant trades and instant profit all in minutes. Mobile authenticator requires a phone to enable it on or you can just install Blue Stacks and download the steam Android or IOS version on your computer!

Confirming a trade on the Steam Community is a 1 step process first you go to the steam Android/IOS app on your IOS/Andriod device click the side pannel and then confirmations it is as easy as that!
Avoid Scammers!
  • Avoid Scammers!!!
  • Don't friend anyone with a account that says "This is my inventory" but theres is privite! (Impersonators.)
  • And don't get scammed.

Types of scams you need to avoid!

PayPal : via Invoice scam (the only time you should do PayPal transactions is if the other user has legit CashRep)

OPskins Bot : This scam is a big one pretty much the other user makes up some stuff about OPskins like a OfferSystem were they have another account that is replicated/Impersonating a OPskins bot the user will ask for your trade link and then will begin the whole scam.

Dota 2 Scam : I know this game is not even close to CSGO but still it is a scam. (Pretty much someone will add you and they will have a low tier or very high tier knife they will start to talk about how they have stopped playing CSGO and do not need the High/Low tier knife anymore, they will say if you would like this item than please help me get this item in Dota 2.) That is as much as I know about it.

Live Trade Scam : The live trade scam is pretty simple but you need a good pair of eyes to seal the scam. (The user will have a rare item and will say I will give you this $500 skin for you $20 skin, Now most people will get so happy and just not pay attention the user will then invite you to a trade and then he would put the skin in he will also have some skins that look very similar in color and will ask you to add something else like a background or something once you guys are ready he will instantly take the $500 skin out and most people don't notice.

Card Scam : This scam is pretty much if you have lots of cards and a cool weapon your gonna be targeted so the other person offer some insane skin for all your trading cards and you will be thinking hell yeah! but then you will receive a trade offer and you will also accept it then you will check your inventory soon to find out that you lost your Karambit Doppler | FN.

There are lot's more that I will cover some other day. (Add me if you need to know the others.)
Sharks
(Sharking is legal and not punishable in most communities)
Sharking is a way of trading. This method guarantee huge profit, that is why soo many sharks are swimming around here. It works like this. A pro Shark will approach a player with 75 CS:GO hours and recently unboxed knife.
He will be very polite and friendly, so the player will trust him, then he says something like this'' Hey pal! Would you like trade your Karambit Doppler | FN for my CS:GO weapons?'' In most cases player accepts trade and see the offer the shark has for him. Because of the lack of experience, the player will choose the coolest looking gun and will demand it for knife (Aug storm for example) Sharker will think about this trade, and then will add some more cheap guns and accept trade. Only later, the player will find out that he got ripped off.

This is basically a player taking advantage of a player's lack of experience. It's a real douchey thing to do but it does happen.

Only thing you can do in this case, is check prices on market, that is the only way.
Some sharks will try to trick some experienced players, but if you find out the little secret, sharks will swim away.

Just do your homework before you trade, that's how to avoid this kind of thing.
Other Stuff
Now, while I covered players you need to avoid, there are some other things that could ruin your trading career forever.

  • New items: You should never stick with new skins, because, later , all demand for it will fall, making price crash hardly. So, if you have bought new item, sell it as fast as possible!

  • Low activity items: If you manage to get some cool looking stattrack karambit knife and you want to keep it, it's cool, but if you want to sell it for more items or for money, you are in big trouble. You can easily get stuck with expensive item, even for all your life , because you will need to find trader that is willing to pay much, and believe me, it is not that easy. Just have patience.

  • Low demand items: What I mean by this is, don't trade say a $5 AWP, for a $6 Negev. Some weapons are harder to shift than others because people simply don't use them. If people are going to pay high prices for skins, they wanna get their moneys worth! And who uses a negev? Nobody that's who! Who uses an AWP? Everone... unfortunatly.
