Updated the guide with a link. From what I've seen, the problem still hasn't been fixed on Steam's side. Gonna keep checking every few weeks.

With rightclick->Copy Link Adress and paste in the Adressbar it still opened. But now it's low-res.
But it seems to be indeed a steam issue. My Guide has the same problem :(

@GoldenEagle25 Tried re-uploading, but it still gives it an url error. Probably some hickups on Steam's part. I'll check again later this week see if it resolved.

@atonehoof124 Oh and i forgot, it also comes with a second button on the tob for production chains. For example you tell it that you want to have 10 tool factories operational at 100% at the same time. It then calculates you that you need 5 iron mines OR 4 iron metal converters, 3 coal mines OR 5 rotaries OR (in case of ARRC) 5 Coal factories OR 3 synthetic coal factories.
If you see something listed in these that you havent heard of before its because its part of ARRC but i still use these two calculators for my vanilla game no problems whatsoever.

You can just tell the chart on the top if you play vanilla or with ARRC installed, just tell it how many houses you plan on having total (perfect for planing out productions of a megacity that is yet to be built) select the most advanced demographic in your city and presto. It even comes with a checkbox to take +12% housing space into account.
