Open up Co-op. It should be on the Semper Fi. Switch over to zombies and highlight the map you want it to be on. Cancel out and then go back into the mission select. It should say Semper Fi, but show a picture of the zombie map you chose. Click ok and then go back into the settings. The death cards will be available to use due to it being considered Co-op mode.
