DLCs can only be provided as normal park packages and therefore have to be downloaded as every other workshop item.

• These special parks can be tagged as "asset" when uploaded. Unfortunately not every DLC is tagged like that or some parks use this tags which do not contain assets, since it's totally up to the uploader and this tag has not been available since the launch of the workshop.
  
  
• It's also worth browsing for collections, some objects might be grouped into special asset collections:
  
  
• Good results might also be given by just searching for key words that hint for mainly showing DLCs like "object", "asset", "flat ride", "script" or more specific ones like "custom sound", "block script", "freefall ride"
  

• Press "Subscribe" on the items you want to install, wait some minutes until steam finished downloading them.
  
  
• It's often worth clicking on the item to read the description with special notes on how to use it.
  

Since NL2 does not provide any kind of automatic library or install system for DLCs you have to copy the content to your own park. But you can also create a dedicated directory where you collect all DLCs and add the content manually to the NL2 library system. Since you might want to have different versions or some modifications in your park I recommend to copy the file to your park directory which is shown here.

To copy the files you have to extract the downloaded packge first, using the Editor.

Take care that you are using the original DLC package, it's possible to find DLC content in other parks uploads, but these might not be complete, lack usage instructions and it's even possible that they do not provide the required copyright information which the author wants you to follow when using the asset!

• For this part let's consider you have created a park named "my new park".
  
  
• You will find a park directory with the same name inside your Documents library, in the "com.nolimtiscoaster.nolimits2", except you chose to create the park somewhere else before, then you have to navigate to this location to open your park directory.
  
  
  
• Save your park and open the downloaded DLC package in the editor.
  
  
  
• Exctract the package and remember the name of the unpacked directory.
  
  
  
• Also open the directory of the extracted park.
  
  
  
• Copy the required content to your park directory.
  It's up to the author of the park whether the files are organized in different sub direcotries or how to figure out which files you need. Read the description carefully for more details! Some DLCs might require special actions, ask in the DLC item's discussion or comment section for further details!

• Open your park, and palce the object from the copied directory

Carefully read in the item's usage instruction or in the NL2 manual how to use them. Use the item's discussion forum or the comments to ask for help if you get stuck or have questions after doing so.
