Guide Introduction
The purpose of this guide is to list every non-DLC card in the game, their basic effects as well as from which pack they may be obtained from. This will help you to know which card packs you should farm or buy from the store, so you can hunt down the cards you are missing from your collection.

Before looking at the particular card packs, I suggest reading the "READ THIS FIRST" section as it contains details on recommended cards you should farm first to create decks that make farming all other cards easier.

Cards are listed both by pack and by character for convenience. The guide will also provide advice on how to unlock each card park in the store, as well as videos on the best missions to play to farm them.

I hope you find this guide helpful and informative. If you have any comments or suggestions please let me know.
========= Card Mechanics =========
As an introduction to the guide, the below sections describe the game mechanics relating to cards. If you are already familiar with these, feel free to skip ahead to the farming section.
Card Mechanics Overview
Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash uses a Card system. This is similar to a "loot crate" system on other games, except rather than spending real money, you instead obtain these via in game means. You will find more information on obtaining cards and farming methods in later sections of the guide.

Cards are broken down into 3 types: Skill cards, weapon cards and pet cards. You can take 1 weapon, 6 skill cards and 3 pet cards with you into battle. This is called your "deck".

Weapon Cards
Weapon cards are simply the equipped weapon used on your character. Each weapon has different range, fire rate, damage, etc. You can bring only one weapon into battle.

Pet Cards
Pet cards are used during battle to summon pets who will follow you for a short period and will attack enemies or provide buffs/debuffs.

In total there are 16 pet cards to collect (not including Lmited and DLC cards).

Skill Cards
Skill cards are used in battle and have effects such buffing yourself or allies, debuffing enemies, or performing damage-dealing attacks.

In total there are 810 skill cards to collect (not including Limited and DLC cards).

Using cards in battle
During battle 3 cards at a time will be available for you to use. This is called your "hand".

These 3 cards are randomly selected from your deck and as soon as you use one, another card will appear in its place. It is possible for the same card to come up again during a match for you to use again.

Skill cards have the name and artwork of characters from the game. For the most part, a given character's set of cards will all share the same effect but at varying strengths based on the rarity of the card.

You can take any card with you to battle. You don't have to play as the character who is on the image on the card and you can mix and match cards and effects as you want.

Only one effect can be in use at a time
Your character can only be influenced by one effect at a time. So if you use a card with a damage increase, then a card which increases your reload speed, you will have the reload speed boost and the damage boost will be lost. However, this also means that if the enemy team uses a card which applies a negative effect on you, such as reducing your fire range, you can activate a card with any positive effect to override the negative one.

Card "turns"
Cards cannot be continually used however. Once a card appears in your hand, there is a set amount of time until the card can be activated. This time is measured as a number of "turns" written on the card artwork next to an hourglass icon.

1 turn simply means 10 seconds. So a 3 turn card must be sitting in your hand for 30 seconds before you can actually use it. In general, cards with stronger effects or abilities will have a higher turn count so that they can be used less frequently. But there are also many good cards with lower turn counts and there are some cards that have very good effects, so you are encouraged to activate cards as often as possible while playing.

Card Rarity
Cards have a number of stars on them, ranging from 1 to 5 stars. The more stars, the rarer the card is to obtain. The game has a code for the rarity based on the number of stars. Also, based on the rarity, duplicate cards you obtain can be used to add exp points to other cards to level them up (card leveling explained in a moment).

Only skill cards actually show the number of stars on the artwork. Weapon cards are counted as N cards (1 star). Pet cards are mostly N cards but there are also few UR cards (5 stars).

Leveling up cards
When you obtain cards which you already own from a card pack, these can be used as EXP points to "level up" your existing cards.

This means you can't own and therefore take duplicate cards with you into battle. However, almost every card has a different card which carries the same effect but differs by strength or duration of the effect. So it's still possible to carry multiple cards with the same effect if it suits your play style.

The amount of EXP earned from a duplicate is based on the rarity (see the table above). In other words, if you received a duplicate UR card (5 stars), you can increase another card's exp by 100. After a certain amount of exp, the card will level up.

Any exp over the target card's maximum level is lost, so you should aim to use the correct amount of cards and EXP when upgrading a card to its maximum level.

Skills cards, pets, weapons and characters can be leveled up which will increase damage (for damaging skills) or duration/effectiveness (for buffs/debuffs) of the card's effect.

Some skill cards have a great benefit to leveling up, like leveling up a card which gives you a barrier that absorbs damage will get stronger and absorb more damage as you level it up. Others may give you a buff effect where leveling up the card will increase the buff duration from 10 to 12 seconds, rather than increasing the actual bonus effect. So not all cards are worth the investment in leveling up. However, leveling up a card won't increase its turn count, so there is no disadvantage to leveling cards to their max if you want.

Leveling up weapons increases the weapon's damage, and leveling up characters increases the character's maximum health. These increases are always worthwhile.

The additional weapon cards you see in the library are obtained simply by leveling up weapons, where the weapon's damage and visual appearance will change as its level increases. You own all weapons when you first start playing the game, and don't need to collect these. If you obtain weapon cards from a card pack, these just become EXP that can be used for leveling up other cards (these are classified as N cards (1 star) so only give 1 exp per card).

Viewing your card collection
The list of cards you currently own can be found in the Library section on the game's main menu. From the library cards can be viewed/zoomed in/rotated from the Library. In my opinion all the cards have wonderful-looking and well-drawn artwork.
Obtaining Card Packs
Card packs can be obtained from completing missions. These include Story Mode, Paradise Episodes (which is like a set of shorter story modes) and a tournament mode called V-Road Challenge.

Card packs are also purchasable from the in-game shop, although each card pack must be unlocked first before it will become available in the store.

As mentioned earlier in the guide cards have the name/artwork for the different characters who will appear throughout the game. For many of the characters, their complete set of cards are split across multiple packs. In general, a given character's set of cards will all share the same effect but at varying strengths based on the rarity of the card or will have some slight tweak to them.

All card packs include weapons, which as explained earlier are of no use and will just become EXP to level up your other cards.

Card packs from missions
Card packs earned from missions have a number of stars on them (the pack itself, not just the cards). The number of stars on these packs means that you are guaranteed to have at least one card with this many stars (it will be the last card in the pack).

Playing on a higher difficulty will reward you with a card pack with more stars. So it is worthwhile to play on Hard mode so you can obtain the rarer and better cards more easily. For the most part the game isn't actually that difficult on hard mode anyway.

Mission completion rating
In addition to the difficulty setting, the number of stars on the card pack you obtain is also dependent on your rating you get when you complete the mission. Your rating is determined based on how many hearts you lost during the mission. The best outcome is an S rating, which simply means you didn't lose any hearts. This means you get the best reward. You lose a heart when your health drops to 0 and you are resurrected.

As mentioned previously as well, when you level up characters using EXP from duplicate cards, their maximum health also increases. This is important because it means if your level 1 character which has 100 health takes 100 damage and loses a life, you won't get an S rating, meaning you get a pack with less stars. However if your character is level 10 and has 300 health, you would be able to take 200 damage and not lose a heart and you would still get an S rating and the best possible card pack for that mission. So leveling your character to increase their health makes getting S ratings and better cards easier as well. CPU teammates dying does not affect your ratiing.

The length of time the battle took also has an effect on your rating. You will never need to worry about this though except for the game's final boss mission which can be quite long. So it's almost not worth mentioning.

Card packs bought from the store
Card packs will be what you spend most of your Zeni on (in game currency) in the store.

Every card in the game is available from store-bought packs, however there is no guarantee on the contents like there is with the packs from missions. i.e. it's possible that every card in the pack you bought could be a weapon or 1 star.

For this reason to obtain the 4 or 5 star cards it is more worthwhile to do story missions and then buy store bought packs to obtain the lower star cards.

All types of card packs cost 1,000 zeni each, and it is possible to buy up to 10 packs at a time.

Buying new cards using Memorial Medals
Memorial Medals, which are obtained as a once off when completing the last stage of the story arcs on each difficulty, can be used at the store to buy cards which you do not own. These medals are also farmable by playing online. As you are guaranteed to receive a card you do not own, it's best to save your medals for when you have only a few cards left to complete the collection.
========= General Farming =========
The below sections contain recommended cards/decks to use which will help you farm cards faster, as well as a list of general tips for farming.

Following this, in the next part "Card packs by type", I will go into detail on the individual card packs.
!! FARMING DECK – READ THIS FIRST
Here is my personal best and recommended cards/deck for farming, I suggest you collect these too as, especially on some missions, it makes farming card packs so hilariously easy that you will "wet yourself".

The deck revolves around Shot Damage Up (Ryobi) and Soak Gauge Up (Haruka) cards. Shot Damage, as it suggests, increases your damage from shooting. The Soak Guage Up cards increase your soak gauge immediately on use. "Wet yourself", get it? That's what I call this deck.

What's even better is, compared to some other cards in the game, these cards are not that hard to get.

#1: Ryobi Cards - Shot Damage Up
Ryobi cards increase your damage from water guns. You can obtain these cards from the Hebijo pack. Fortunately, this pack is very easy to farm even without any special deck or cards. So this is the best place to start.

These are the cards you will need:
  • Ryobi: Golden - Shot Damage Up +60% (self) - UR
  • Ryobi: Revert Back! - Shot Damage Up +60% (self) - UR
Also recommended to get 2 or more of any of these:
  • Ryobi: Wide Open - Shot Damage Up +50% (self) - SSR
  • Ryobi: Acting Tough - Shot Damage Up +50% (self) - SSR
  • Ryobi: Festival! - Shot Damage Up +50% (self) - SSR
  • Ryobi: Power of the Angel - Shot Damage Up +50% (self) - SSR
Optional. These come from the Venus pack. More situational and not essential - you may decide to get any 1 or 2 of these later.
  • Ryobi: Southern Resort - Shot Damage Up +40% (Team) - UR
  • Ryobi: Explosive Shinobi - Shot Damage Up +40% (Team) - UR
  • Ryobi: Slept In! - Shot Damage Up +30% (Team) - SSR
  • Ryobi: Favorite - Shot Damage Up +30% (Team) - SSR
  • Ryobi: Rock - Shot Damage Up +30% (Team) - SSR
  • Ryobi: Cropped - Shot Damage Up +30% (Team) - SSR
Alternative optional (Hebijo pack so you might get one while farming for the others)
  • Ryobi: Cold Method - Show Damage Up +20% (Team) - SR
Leveling these cards up will increase the duration of the buff by a couple of seconds, however the shot damage increase remains the same at all levels. As their base duration is not that bad, you can raise these by a couple of levels if you want, but no need to max them out yet.

The buff duration on both the self and team cards start off at 12 seconds and max at 30 seconds. So even level 3 or 4 if you wanted to is going to give you a nice duration.

Farming Hebijo packs
Hebijo arc mission 10 is the best stage for farming Hebijo card packs. To keep this section brief and avoid duplication in the guide, please refer to the Hebijo card pack section of the guide.

Remember, play on hard to get the 5 star cards (UR), or medium to get the 4 star cards (SSR). Due to its very fast clear time, this mission is also great for farming duplicates to level up your characters, weapons and cards.

#2: Haruka Cards - Soak Guage Up
Once you have your Ryobi cards, now you can start farming the Haruka cards. These come from the Crimson pack.

Ensure you take any 2 or 3 of these:
  • Haruka: War Council - Soak Gauge Up (self) - SSR
  • Haruka: Sadistic Pose - Soak Gauge Up (self) - SSR
  • Haruka: Serious Confrontation - Soak Gauge Up (self) - SR
  • Haruka: Overpowering - Soak Gage Up (self) - SR
Also essential, these 4:
  • Haruka: Did You Think You Could Win? - Soak Gauge Up (team) - UR
  • Haruka: Come Again - Soak Gauge Up (team) - UR
  • Haruka: Suite Room - Soak Gauge Up (team) - SSR
  • Haruka: Festival! - Soak Gauge Up (team) - SSR
And any 2 of these:
  • Haruka: Laboratory - Soak Guage Up (team) - SR
  • Haruka: In Exchange for This Life - Soak Guage Up (team) - SR
  • Haruka: Room to Lure - Soak Guage Up (team) - SR
Good if you can get or already have it, otherwise not essential (comes from Venus pack):
  • Haruka: Favorite - Soak Gauge Up (team) - SSR
With these cards, the soak amount increases as you level up the card. These cards you DO want to level up as much as possible. For the self cards, at the minimum you want to level them until they give you at least 50% soak gauge, so that 2 uses will put you into Soaking Wet mode. Of course I still recommend maxing these.

For the team cards, you absolutely want to max these out as they give much less than the self cards (approximately one third the amount). At max they'll give 21/23/25% based on rarity.

Farming Crimson packs
Crimson arc mission 10 is the best stage to farm these. Again, in the interest of keeping this section to the point and avoid duplication in the guide, please see my advice in the Crimson pack section of the guide.

Decks
Below are the decks I recommend. Pick the rarest/best cards you have of each for best results.

Create these 2 decks:
  • 4x Ryobi cards (self), 2x Haruka cards (self) - For you. This is your main deck.
  • 6x Haruka cards (team) - For your CPU teammates.

Another 2 decks if you picked up the optional cards:
  • 3x Ryobi cards (self), 3x Haruka cards (self) - For you. This I prefer for Co-op Survival mode.
  • 5x Haruka cards (team), 1x Ryobi card (team) - For CPU. Provides damage buff for your CPU teammates.
Here's how it works
As you will be able to see in the card tables later in the guide, for the self cards, Ryobi are 1 turn, Haruka are 3 turns. For the team cards, these are 2 turns and 5 turn cards respectively. Remember, 1 turn = 10 seconds. So, the Haruka cards are pretty long, especially the team ones.

The catch is that the CPU doesn't care about turns and will use whatever cards they want without waiting. We exploit this mechanic to make your teammates all boost your soak gauge so everyone on your team goes into Soaking Wet mode really fast. Bringing Haruka (self) cards in your own deck is just for insurance or for after the effect has ended so you can power up again.

With that aside let's continue with the guide.
Card/Zeni farming & efficiency advice
Some general tips for efficiency:

Fastest stages to farm cards
  • Hebijo Arc Mission 10 can be completed in about 25 seconds on hard. This is a good one to start out on as you can obtain the very useful Ryobi cards from this card pack, which increase your water gun damage. Once you have most of the cards in this pack, due to its quick clear time, this mission becomes very good for farming duplicate cards which can be used to level up your characters, weapons and skill cards. There is a video of this mission in the Hebijo Pack section of the guide.
  • Another very fast mission which is good for farming duplicate cards is Paradise Episode Ayame's Business mission 5. I would say it's about on par with Hebijo mission 10 and can likewise be cleared in about 25 seconds on hard (once you have leveled up the Gatling Gun to level 10). Your teammates will also be more useful on this stage as there aren't any other enemies to shoot at, so you can zone out a bit more. However, there are not any cards I would actually put in my deck from this pack, that's why I recommend doing Hebijo mission 10 first. There is a video of this mission in the Paradise Pack section of the guide as well.
Leveling weapons, characters, cards:
  • As far as leveling goes, upgrade weapons first. With more damage you will kill enemies quicker, and all characters can benefit from weapons. Level up characters secondary, just level enough to survive to not lose hearts and get S ratings from missions.
  • Don't forget that you can also upgrade the levels of your AI teammates and their weapons and also assign your best cards to their decks as well. This AI on this game is not that good, but upgrading them will noticeably help them to be less useless during missions.
Farming zeni (money):
  • The V-Road Challenge stages are very good for farming Zeni, in particular the very last mission which gives 10,000 zeni for a 3 and half minute match. So for each successful completion of this mission you can buy 10 card packs from the store (they are 1,000 zeni each). Note that the V-Road challenges are a bit more difficult than the story missions so you will need to level up your characters, weapons and team mates before tackling these.
Getting cards of particular rarity:
  • When hunting for particular cards, you can adjust the game difficulty based on the card rarity that you want to obtain. For example, the last mission in every arc will give 5 star card packs if played on hard. Once you already own these and want the 4 star cards, you can adjust the difficulty to medium and keep playing it. Same goes for the 3 star cards, switch the difficulty to easy to collect these. The reward you will receive for the mission is shown on the screen where you select the mission, so check this before you decide which difficulty to play on.
  • The online Co-op Survival mode gives you Memorial Medals as a reward on every second mission. Even if you don't want to play online, this mode is still very doable with CPU teammates. These medals can be traded in at the shop for a card which you do not currently own, so this is also a viable method of collecting your last few cards once you don't have many left to complete the game's whole set of 810 cards. If you do decide to play this mode it is good idea to save many of these medals up and use them at the end, so as to not receive cards you may have otherwise obtained more easily.
Skipping scenes:
  • When farming missions, for missions you have already completed, at the mission selection screen press Y (controller) or V (keyboard) to start the mission by skipping the opening and ending cutscenes. If you forgot to do this and the mission cutscene has already started, you can press Start (controller) or Tab (keyboard) to skip the scene.
  • Some missions, especially the boss missions, have cutscenes at the beginning of the battle, which can be skipped by pressing B (controller) or Shift (keyboard). The scenes where you see each team at the beginning, characters falling down or being knocked back, etc. can all be skipped the same way.
  • When opening card packs, press the B button (controller) or Shift (keyboard) to see the results immediately rather than flipping every card. It's fun to look at the pretty cards one by one when you are starting out in the game, but once you begin buying many packs in bulk in order to collect every card, where most cards you receive are going to be duplicates, you will find that this will save you lots of time.
==== Card packs, unlocking, farming ====
With all the general and mechanics information aside, we are onto the meat of the guide. In the following sections you will find a list of all card packs in the game, along with information specific to each one including their contents and farming advice. In total there are 9 card packs.
Venus Pack - Part 1 of 2
The Venus pack is available for purchase in the store when you first start the game. From what I read online, Venus packs are also the reward for winning Multiplayer ranked games, though I haven't played any online ranked matches to personally confirm this.

Contains cards based on the following characters:
  • Haruka, Hibari, Kagura, Minori, Mirai, Naraku, Ryobi, Ryouna, Shiki, Yagyu
  • Also contains the three starter pets: Puppet Ball, Ninto, Bebeby.

Farming
As you'll just be getting these from the store, so you need to save up Zeni and buy them. As mentioned in the general farming advice section, the V-Road Challenge stages are very good for farming a lot of Zeni.

Hanzo Pack - Part 1 of 2
The Hanzo pack is obtained from completing missions in the Hanzo arc on single player Story Mode. Upon completion of the Hanzo Arc (10 missions) the Hanzo pack becomes available in the store.

Contains cards based on the following characters:
  • Asuka, Ikaruga, Katsuragi, Yagyu, Hibari

Farming
Level 5 Cards
The best mission to farm the Hanzo pack is the last mission in the Hanzo arc, as its the quickest and its the only way to obtain 5 star card packs.

Team set up:

Previously I said to take the rocket launcher. Thanks to feedback from niki-aaa the Sniper Rifle is indeed faster.

If you have them available, take cards that boost your water gun damage (Ryobi's cards from the Hebijo pack). I give the same setup to my CPU allies too.

At the beginning Jet Dash forward a bit then Jet Jump up onto the left platform. Jet Dash to the end of the platform, and begin shooting at the boss (be sure to turn off auto aim). Note that the boss only takes damage if you hit it from the front.

By the time you get there, any 1 turn cards (including Ryobi's) will be ready to use, so go ahead and activate one.

The boss is invulnerable while its hands are covering its face, and won't take damage again until it's arms are away and it starts moving again, so use this time to reload. The boss seems to cover its face more often based on how many hits it takes, therefore the sniper rifle which uses less frequent but stronger shots, as well as its long range is best. With allies having the same deck as you do, if they do take any shots at the boss, they'll be able to do decent damage too.

Clear time will be approximately 30-35 seconds on hard.

Level 4 Cards
2018-03-23: Using the sniper rifle on medium is a little faster too, need more thought on positioning though before I update this section. For now the below refers to using the rocket launcher.

Same mission, but this time instead you will play on Medium difficulty. As the boss advances more slowly on Medium, we can take a slightly different route which will take 10 seconds off the clear time.

At the beginning, Jet Dash toward the enemies using two full water tanks. Now you'll be getting close to the grunts. Overhead on the right there will be a platform that you can jump onto. Jump up there, use a Ryobi card and shoot the boss.

Clear time will be approx 40 seconds on medium.

Gessen Pack - Part 1 of 2
The Gessen pack is obtained from completing missions in the Gessen arc on single player Story Mode. Upon completion of the Gessen Arc (10 missions) the Gessen pack becomes available in the store.

Contains cards based on the following characters:
  • Yumi, Murakumo, Yozakura, Shiki, Minori
Farming
For farming level 4 and 5 card packs, you can do this on the Gessen Arc mission 10.

What's different about this mission is you need to fight 2 bosses instead of one. Still, using our recommended Ryobi/Haruka "Wet yourself" deck described earlier in the guide this is very easy.

Team set up:

Give your whole team Gatling Guns. Immediately when the match begins, walk left as the boss always goes this way first, but don't start shooting yet so you don't waste ammo. Stick to the "More ammo" shot type to begin with. Let your teammates knock the boss down to make her vulnerable. Once she's down, start shooting.

With level 10 Gatling Guns, the boss life bar will either go down in one shot or may have about 10% left. Once you are in soaking wet mode, don't forget to switch your shot mode to "Firepower" for more damage! If your teammates didn't put you into soaking mode, I find that if you stand still next to your your teammates they will shoot you, for lack of anything else to shoot, and put you to 100%. If not, just keep going.

Jet Dash til you drop down, then Jet Jump over the barrier to get over to the other side of the arena, then stand on the portal (you have to stop dashing, as dashing over the portal won't warp you). Once through the portal, use a Ryobi card if you have one. This time stand clear to make sure that you don't block any of your teammates fire so that they can deal damage on the boss, as it's a waste if their shots hit you while in soaking wet mode, but don't stand too far away that your damage would decrease.

If you never got into soaking mode, then you can either stand in your allies shots or use a Haruka card when it's up. Hopefully your luck on your next run is better.

Clear time is roughly 45 seconds on Hard. The video above was a particularly good run and I cleared it in 40 seconds. On medium difficulty for farming 4 star packs, the bosses have less health and go down quicker, roughly 40 seconds to clear.

Hebijo Pack - Part 1 of 2
The Hebijo pack is obtained from completing missions in the Hebijo arc on single player Story Mode. Upon completion of the Hebijo Arc (10 missions) the Hebijo pack becomes available in the store.

Contains cards based on the following characters:
  • Miyabim, Murasaki, Imu, Ryobi, Ryona

Farming
As with the other arcs, Hebijo arc mission 10 is the best stage for farming Hebijo card packs.

Her health bar is based on how much soap she has left on her body. So all you need to do is shoot the soap. I recommend using the spray gun as it's quick and the ammo will last long enough between the boss' "phases".

Clear time will be about 25 seconds.

As this is one of the fastest stages to clear (along side Paradise Episode Ayame's Business mission 5), once you have most of the cards in this pack it is also great for farming duplicate cards, so that you can quickly level up your characters, weapons and skill cards.

Crimson Pack - Part 1 of 2
The Crimson Pack is obtained from completing missions in the Crimson Squad arc on single player Story Mode. Upon completion of the Crimson Squad Arc (10 missions) the Crimson pack becomes available in the store.

Contains cards based on the following characters:
  • Homura, Yomi, Hikage, Mirai, Haruka

Farming
Level 5 Cards
The best mission to farm the Crimson pack is the last mission in the Crimson arc, as its the quickest and its the only way to obtain 5 star card packs.

This mission is literally the same as the Hanzo Mission 10 except with a different boss, so we'll reuse the same strategy.

Team set up:

Take the rocket launcer weapon. Also if you have them available, take cards that boost your water gun damage (Ryobi's cards from the Hebijo pack).

The boss is invulnerable while it is spinning around/reeling, and won't take damage again until it starts moving forward again, so use this time to reload. The boss seems to stagger more based on how many hits it takes, therefore the rocket launcher which uses less frequent but stronger shots is best. With allies having the same deck as you do, if they do take any shots at the boss, they'll be able to do decent damage too.

Clear time will be approx 50-60 seconds on hard.

Level 4 Cards
Same mission, but this time instead you will play on Medium difficulty. As the boss advances more slowly on Medium, we can take a slightly different route which will take 10 seconds off the clear time.

At the beginning, Jet Dash toward the enemies using two full water tanks. Now you'll be getting close to the grunts. Overhead on the right there will be a platform that you can jump onto. Jump up there, use a Ryobi card and shoot the boss.

Clear time will be approx 40 seconds on medium.

PBS Pack
The PBS pack is obtained from completing missions in the P1 Climax arc on single player Story Mode. Upon completion of the Final Splash Arc (the story mode's final boss) the PBS pack becomes available in the store.

Contains cards based on the following characters:
  • Renka, Hanabi, Kafuru, Ryoki
  • The entire sets for these characters are available from this pack.
Notes regarding pack contents
From my experience this card pack did not contain as many weapons as some of the other card packs did, also as the total number of cards is much smaller, it took less time to collect the whole set.

Farming
Farming level 5 PBS card packs can be done on the game's final boss - the Final Splash.

This is another boss which the "wet yourself" deck will make quick work of. As we did with the Gessen mission, use Gatling Guns on all team members.

Team set up: This mission is so fast I added Ryobi (team) cards to CPUs, but not required.

When the battle begins, walk forward and to the side to get in the way of your teammates shots so that they wet you. You should be able to reach 100% pretty fast.

Switch to Firepower mode, use a Ryobi card as soon as you have one available, and just shoot. Once you're soaked, be careful not to stand in your teammates line of fire so that they can do their part taking down the boss.

Clear time will be 1:05 to 1:15 on hard. Slightly shorter at about 1:00 on medium. You'll actually be able to take down the boss with one Soaking Wet (30 seconds). Even if it runs out, the few seconds it'll take for your water tank to run out should be enough. All the extra time in the clear time is actually taken up by all the unskippable "nexto tracko, redi go!" scenes.

Paradise Pack - Part 1 of 2
The Paradise pack is obtained from completing missions from the Paradise Episodes mode on single player. From what I remember, this card pack becomes available in the store after completing one set of missions (5 missions). Paradise Episodes become available to play as you progress through the story mode.

Contains cards based on the following characters:
  • Murakumo, Yozakura, Ikaruga, Katsuragi, Murasaki, Imu, Yomi, Hikage
  • It also includes the full range of pet cards and is the only way you can obtain the other pets.

Notes regarding pet cards
Most of the cards in this pack will be weapons and pets, but also includes the characters above. Pets have a yellow card back and work a little differently to skill cards, in that they are all normal rarity except for a few which are Ultra Rare. Also, its possible that these ultra rare pets can come from a lower star card pack, although the chance is low. However when opening a 5 star pack, if the last card is a pet card then it is guaranteed to be an ultra rare one.

Farming
The best mission to farm these is the last mission in the episode Ayame's Business (3rd on the list). It's you and 3 CPU team mates against Katsuragi with no grunt enemies. With a team using upgraded weapons it's possible to clear this mission in 25-30 seconds making card packs easy to obtain.

Team set up:

For weapons, I find that giving everyone the Gatling Gun makes pretty quick work of this mission. Again using Ryobi cards for the increased water gun damage.

Katsuragi starts up on an upper floor then jumps down, so I dash over across the roof and start taking shots at her as soon as she appears. Once your cards are ready, use them. Basically you just need to beat her as quickly as you can.

Queen Pack - Part 1 of 2
The Queen pack is obtained from completing missions from the V-Road Challenge. From what I remember, this card pack becomes available in the store after completing the first set of missions (5 missions). V-Road Challenge has to be played in succession (5 wins in a row) until you complete a cup. At that point you can select any mission from the cup to repeat and you unlock the next cup.

Contains cards based on the following characters:
  • Leo, Yuyaki, Soji
  • The entire sets for these characters are available from this pack.

Notes regarding pack contents
From my experience this pack contained a lot less weapons than some of the other packs. However, 1 star cards were extremely common, sometimes getting triplicates of two cards in one pack. Highly suggest using the V-Road missions to get at least the 4 and 5 star cards rather than buying from the shop and use the money earned to buy other card packs instead.

Farming
As with most packs, the best mission to farm these is the very last one (Final stage in Venus Cup) as it gives 10,000 zeni and a 5 star card pack. The zeni is also useful for buying any card pack from the store. To farm lower star packs, simply play the earlier stages in the Venus Cup.

Don't forget to give your teammates upgraded weapons and cards as the enemies are a lot harder in V-Road Challenge than they are in story mode. However, they mostly use lower level weapons so with maxed weapons you will have the advantage.

I have had some success with AFKing and letting my CPU teammates play 4 vs 5 in V-Road and winning on their own, but they don't win all the time. However as the matches are short, you have to keep coming back to the game, so its more like "something to do while watching TV or reading something/messaging someone with the game minimized" etc.

Survival Pack - Part 1 of 3
The Survival pack is obtained from doing the Co-Op survival multiplayer game mode. Upon completion of the wave 20-25 mission, the Survival Pack becomes available in the store.

Contains cards based on the following characters:
  • Yumi, Asuka, Ayame, Miyabi, Homura, Daidoji, Rin
  • The entire sets for Ayame, Daidoji and Rin are available from this pack.

Playing online
I recommend joining an online game in Global mode for a higher chance of finding someone else to play with. To do this press Y (on controller) or V (on keyboard) when entering the Co-Op Survival menu, rather than A (controller) or Space Bar (keyboard).

The Gatling Gun is the best choice for this mode as its damage, fire rate and range is very good. However, make sure to soak your teammates to give each other the unlimited ammo boost, as the weapon's reload time is very long. This eliminates this drawback. Don't forget to switch to "Firepower" shot mode for more damage while soaked.

You will find playing through the missions to unlock this card pack very quick and easy if you play with other players.

Playing with CPU teammates
If you can't or don't want to join other players online, then it is still possible to clear wave 25 with CPU teammates, although more difficult, as the CPUs have set decks with level 1 weapons and can't utilize your upgraded weapons/decks as they could in single player. The CPU characters will soak you more often in this mode than they would in story mode, but will still not do so reliably.

To cater for this, firstly, add 4 CPUs to the team, two who use the Spray Gun (for example Shiki), and two with the Gatling Gun (for example Murasaki or Katsuragi). The Spray Gun is used here because each shot gives 5% soak, as opposed to all other weapons 2% soak.

Secondly, you can use the "wet yourself" deck I've mentioned before with the Haruka cards. Bring 3-4 high level Haruka cards with you and you can give yourself your own soak guage boost when you need it. For the rest of your slots use Ryobi cards.

For the arena, I have personally made it through all 50 waves with CPU teammates on the "Toad Springs" map.

To ensure you keep soaking wet mode up constantly, try to only use 1 Haruka card when you need it and use your CPU teammates to fill what remains of the meter. Stand in front of their shots if you have to. Also, don't forget to soak the CPUs as it will make them more effective and if they are low on ammo they of course can't soak you either.

Farming
As stated above, use the global matchmaking, select the Gatling Gun, and remember to soak your team mates so that you give each other the soak power up for unlimited ammo.

Farming the rarer cards in this pack is a little more tricky. You need to win multiple matches in a row to increase the stars on the card pack you get as a reward. And once you clear all 50 waves, you return to the beginning with the smallest card pack. So there is no way to continually farm 5 star packs.

Remember that on every 2nd battle you also receive 1 Memorial Medal as a reward which can be used in the store to buy cards you don't own. Additionally, the zeni earned isn't as much as in V-Road but still better than story mode.

====== Card packs, by character ======
In the following sections I will list the cards for each character and in which pack you can obtain them. This is the same information as the tables above but organised by character which may be easier to use if you are looking for cards for a particular character rather than cards from a particular pack.

Characters will be listed in the order they appear in the game, therefore by scrolling down the page and seeing the characters in the order shown on this guide, you will also be looking at a list which is sorted by ID.

I'll also include thumbnail images, the card's basic effect, e.g. Barrier Break, as well as its number of turns. But I won't list duration, power, etc as these are determined by the card's level. If a card appears weaker than it should be (i.e. higher rarity but worse effect) most likely the benefit to that card is that its duration is longer.

Stat description
Rapid Punches (Barrier Break): Pounds the area in front of the user with dimension-shattering punches (deals damage and breaks enemy barriers created from skills). According to the in-game tips, "auto barriers" aren't affected by barrier break skills, supposedly this would be the barrier from when you first spawn, as well as the barrier when you reach half health or enter soaking mode.

Rapid Punches (Barrier Break & Invul.): As above but for this version of the skill, you are also invulnerable during the attack.

This guide is crazy good. I can't imagine how long it took for you to gather all this data, images to edit and then put all together. This is the reason why Steam Guides should exist, not those memes to farm awards.

Just 100%'d this goddamn game, getting 100% cards was definitely the most time-consuming part of it. Especially considering I wasted a bunch of medals when I just started out.

This guide was super helpful for knowing which card packs were the best opportunity cost. Appreciate the hard work.

How high should I upgrade the Sprayer before attempting Hebijo level 10 at higher difficulties?

@XX It's been a while since I played, but from memory, when you go to the Library and look at your card collection, the cards are in a particular order sorted by character, then rarity. So the screenshots in the guide for each character might help you work out which you're missing if you compare the screenshot to what you see in game. The table beneath each image is in the same order that the cards appear in the screenshot.

Is there any quick way to tell which cards you are missing?

Paradise episode 5 of Hikage in the Heat is a great place to farm upgrade points, its quick to start (short loading times) quick to end (fastest was 24 seconds plus 3 very short lines of dialogue) and the packs seem to drop rarity 3-5 more often than other packs i have tried. it helps to have low cost barrier or invisibility cards (you get them as common pets here) to mitigate the downtime between dropping the enemy to half health, but otherwise no required cards. downside being that you get no allies thus no afk farming

Thank you very much! It saved me a lot of time knowing which packs contained the remaining cards that I didn't have yet. :Famitsu:
