I'll make this as simple as possible. Hopefully this guide will be enough for all of you to achieve that 100% status.
If you *do* need more help and information to achieve a specific achievement, feel free to leave a question.

The Collector

Summon 100% of all homunculi type

This section will provide all the necessary information for you to keep track of your summoning history. Upon summoning the 29th homunculus type will trigger the achievement.

The Hobbyist

Summon 50% of all homunculi type.

FAILED HOMUNCULI

These are the failed experiments when you mix in more than two different ingredients. You DON'T have to summon EACH of these combinations for the achievement to work. You can only summon ONE combination of each affinity.

Homunculi Related Achievements

This section explains some homunculus related achievements and details on how to obtain them.

But long story short,
Joy hates Sadness,
Sadness hates Joy,
Anger hates Fear,
Fear hates Anger.

Anything else is neutral to those affinity except their own.

Splendid Work

Have a positive response from your homunculus regarding your job assignment.

Assign your homunculus to a job that they like, and fits their exact affinity.

Labor of Love

Have 15 positive responses from your homunculus regarding your job assignment.

Typical Errand

Have a neutral response from your homunculus regarding your job assignment.

Assign your homunculus to a job that they don't like, nor dislike.

Business as Usual

Have 15 neutral responses from your homunculus regarding your job assignment.

Terrible Job

Have a negative response from your homunculus regarding your job assignment

Assign your homunculus to a job that they dislike.

The following achievements may be obtained throughout your playthroughs.

It's Alive

Summon a homunculus.

You'll get this upon your first summon. Most likely in tutorial. Can't miss it. Seriously.

The Farmer

Summon 10 homunculi.

The Harverster

Summon 50 homunculi.

Mandatory Service

Sacrifice 5 homunculi.

Necessary Sacrifice

Sacrifice 40 homunculi.

High Quality

Obtain a high-quality ingredient.

You can start from a level 1 homunculus and raise it to level 10 (Max)
Once it's maxed out, simply sacrifice it to obtain high, medium, and low quality items. You may try sacrificing a level 7-9, but there are chances you might not get high quality items.

Mid Quality

Obtain a mid-quality ingredient.

You can get this along High Quality in one sacrifice.

THEIR LETTERS

As you level up your homunculi, make sure to bond with them as well. Not only they'll do their assigned jobs better, but they'll leave letters for you. The more affection you have with them will give you more letters. Each homunculi gives 3 letters maximum (I'm pretty sure it's 3.. I think).

Other Achievements

Complete Ingredients

Obtain all types of ingredient.

Simply buy each ingredient from the shop. Wood, Clay, Meat, Iron, Water.
They cost like, 30 gold each.

Note: Water might not appear early in the story. So you have to casually play it and it'll soon pop up at some point.

All Doors Open

Unlock all the rooms.

As you play the game, you'll grind up some gold. Eventually, you'll have enough to buy anything without hesitation. Repairing the rooms cost about 1,500 gold at the shop.

Beginner Infuser

Infuse Arhea's soul 5 times.

You'll get it as you progress. I'm pretty sure you can spam infuse every full moon, regardless the affinity acquired at that moment.

Experienced Infuser

Infuse Arhea's soul 20 times.

Just like Beginner Infuser, but an additional 15 times infusing.

Hazy Memory

Unlock 50% memoir.

You'll eventually obtain more and more memory pieces as you progress the game and talking to the villagers. Usually when you get new interactions from the villagers, a new memoir will be uncovered.

Clear Memory

Unlock all memoir.

Keep progressing the game. Infusing, failing, feeding, summoning, assigning, etc.

Reciprocal Action

Unlock all villagers interaction.

Will trigger as you progress and gain more interactions.

All Knowing

Unlock all transcripts.

I think this achievement unlocks itself after finishing the tutorial......
Cause every page of the 'Transcripts' section of the book is already revealed when I finished the tutorial.

If not, it'll be revealed, again, as you progress with your homunculi.

Endings & Infusions

PLEASE TAKE NOTE

I highly recommend you to try and get 'Persecution', 'To the After Life', 'The Pacifist' endings on a separate run. Getting these WILL DELETE YOUR SAVE FILES.

However you might be able to continue to get Persecution after achieving 'The End?' & 'The Truth' (if the save file is still there).

Note: 'The Truth' and 'The End?' triggers at the same ending

The End?

The Truth

After acquiring the previous failed infuse endings (Euphoric, Gloomy, Terrified, Raging, Conflicting and Perfect Daughter), and following the book's affinity ratio hints and guides, the numbers will vary upon each failure.

After the failed infuse (when you follow the book), the wrong amount of ratio will get scratched out and suggests a new possible amount.

I got this ending after the numbers get scratched out 3 times on each affinity.

Basically, follow the book, and it'll get you this ending at some point. And yes, it requires a lot of patience and repetitive actions.

The numbers at the right-side of the page represent the amount of affinity a homunculus can give at a certain level. Level 1 gives 0 amount. Level 10 gives 500 amount.

Persecution

This ending triggers after 30 homunculi ran away from home.

Oh boy, where do I start with this.
This achievement is easy, but requires you a lot of patience and grinding gold.

Note : Though I finished "The End?" & "The Truth", and the save file is still there. So you might be able to continue that save file for this ending. Hence, you'll have the money, and only require patience.

ALSO, make sure you have A LOT of Preservative Balm so you keep preserving Arhea and not lose your progress.

The steps are simple ;
1. Summon a bunch of homunculus with different emotions if you'd like
2. Do not bond or raise their affection or Give bad gifts so their affection deteriorates
3. Assign them to jobs they hate

Joy hates Sadness
Sadness hates Joy
Anger hates Fear
Fear hates Anger

4. *DO NOT* SKIP THE WEEK, YOU HAVE TO CONSTANTLY SEND THEM TO THE JOBS THEY HATE
5. Repeat for a few weeks (Usually they'll flee on the 3rd week)
6. Repeat Step 1 till you drove off 30 of them. (or more, I had it at 31st homunculus, but I may miscounted)

The Pacifist

One of the easiest endings to get.

Just don't kill anyone. Yes, especially in the tutorial.
After Faust made it clear to kill the tree, don't. Leave the screen for a few minutes. Probably 5-10 minutes. And the achievement/ending will pop up later on.

To the After Life

Another "one of the easiest ending to get".

Simply let Arhea rot. Don't preserve her, speed up its process by going to work, and skipping the week (Click back to your home).

A Hope

You probably have this already. (Thanks to tutorial)
Infuse Arhea's soul with only one affinity filled. No need to max it out. It can even be only 100.

Stories Unveiled

Unlock all gallery content.

You'll achieve this when you get all the other ending scenes.

My Homunculi is weird. Had 5 maxxed for at least 12 weeks, played with each, didn't get it. I'll give it one more playtrough (maybe I can't get it in a first playthrough cause the regular rot is not activated when starting the slot?).

Persecution is quite easy tho. Not as crazy as it may seem from the guide. Just start new slot, and play.... Do not give them gifts, buy only rooms, balm amd materials to make more. Do not ever kill them. If you need more money, assign correct or neutral affections, if your gold is okay, assign the opposite affinity to each job whenever possible. They will eventually leave even if you assign them to correct jobs, just makes it bit longer. It's not fun by any strech of the imagination, as the gameloop is pretty meh, But hour or hour and hals and you are done.

I only got The End? achievement when doing the steps directed for The Truth achievement, I'm done playing through this game so many times ugh this is the LAST achievement I have tho, did it not trigger because not all of the memory book was filled out?

So regarding the "My Homunculi" ending
I didnt get it solely by summoning all types, having 5 at level 10 AND max affection.
It triggered after i played/spend time with each one of them and then let the body rot.
I've had the same 5 last homonculi for maybe 12 weeks or longer together.

the only thing i changed is playing with them, maybe that is a part of it?

The My Homunculi ending may also require something else - it seemed to trigger after I let the homunculi live for 5 more weeks while playing with 1 per week (to make sure I had done each homunculi at least once), but that may have ultimately been coinciddence.

All I can say is that if you have the ability to backup the save (see ChaosLegion's comment), I'd definitely recommend it. It'd be a brutal punishment to have to grind it out back from the start because you missed *something* that you weren't even aware of. I know I had to restore my backups 10 or so times because I kept getting the "To The After Life" ending.

As for "My Homunculi" ending:
By the time you let Arhea's body rot, you need to have 5 maxed level and affection homunculi that have lived longer than 7 weeks .

FYI, save file is found at C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\LocalLow\GameChanger Studio. You can just make a backup of it and whenever you pick a safe-deleting option just quit the game and quickly copy-paste it to get back your save. For finishing the guide with the new DLC:

Rich King ending: have 50k of gold when your daugther body is rot.

My Homunculi ending: maximise the affection of all your homunculis(you must have unlocked all bedrooms and fill them with homunculis) before you let the body rot.

Inquisitor's ending: You just have to clear all the inquisistor. It will then automatically trigger the

ending, without clear you game save. My homunculi and Rich King will clear your save so, it's

recommended you do this in first place and then do the other DLC achievements

Letting "Ahrea" rot after ammasing 69k was enough for me to get Rich King. Letting Ahrea rot after having 5 homunculi with level 10, max affinity, and music gift, got me My Homunculi.
