Opis
This mod adds many more empire colors to Stellaris. It probably works just fine in 2.3 but I've stopped modding and will no longer be updating this mod.

It does its job, it just disables the scrolling for the flag backgrounds for some reason.

So the resue informtion is basically saying this mod is under CC0 creative commons license Free to redistribute and edit for commerical and non-commercial purposes.
