Using this method will let you combine all of your gem stacks so you can sell them as one big stack

This method requires an additional account. It can either be your alt or a friend you trust.

First, send a trade to your second account with all of your gems.

After sending all the items to your other account, they will already appear in one stack.

Now all that's left is send them back to your account!

Done! Now you have one stack of gems which you can sell on the market!
