Note: This game may not play smoothly if not running an impressive graphics card.
The first time I played the game in 2015/2016
it was choppy & wonkie- it wasn't until just a month ago when I upgraded my standard graphics card to a more powerful one, that the game play smoothed out, along with my nerves.
Alot of people have complained about the game- it is not the game.

Note: Turn on all the lights you can find on the very first day-
It will be the only day that you will have access to the whole apartment, thus grabbing the first achievement.

Note: After the first day most doors will be closed and locked-
No, you are not going crazy. They were all open before. Only the doors that tasks need to be performed that day will be open. When Ortega runs for the hills for awhile- the panel in the game room will be lit up green and beep at you-

you hover over the green light to open the One door needed for that day.

Note: Most of the actions in the game can be done either Warmly or Coldly-
When you are in the pause mode (looks like an elevator panel to the right of your screen) you should click the options button inbetween the bell and X button.

Once you click there the options panel should open up and you can click the red circle poing/click-gamepad-mouselook to find what buttons you need to hit in order to complete an action warmly/coldly- This is important because a few of the achievements require the love between Ortega/ housekeeper. So show the warmth baby~

Note: There are some actions that have two different paths to choose.
Some achievements will want specific actions- so check the achievement list to make sure you are on the right path. Hover over the items you need to accomplish (sometimes I would have to take a step back or around to get that other action to pop up on the screen). Choose wisely.

Note: In order to be a Chrono God- you must set the date everyday on the upstairs calendar in order to get this achievement.

If you miss one day by accident, sorry for you :( you will have to replay the game. The good thing though is that you can go through the game play quicker than the first go around by going to your pause menu (elevator panel and choosing continue) to get through the day quickly.

Note: If you miss some books or records you are in luck-
After you play the game the first time, it cycles through to the first day again, the only difference is that the daily task are still completed( mind that you did them the first play through). That gives you plenty of "time" to find them yourself or follow a community guide to find them.

Note: The Piano-
Once you see a note on the piano bench from Ortega asking you if you play, there will be some sheet music available every day afterwards. You must sit on the bench and hover over the sheet music.

It will give you the option to learn the folk song. You do this for 5 concecutive days and you will master the song. I am not sure if it will give you the option for the resistance song while or after- you may need another play through- but if you hoover over the left blank side of the sheet music it will ask you if you would like to place the resistance song there- then follow the steps same as folk song.

Note: Achievements are not broken-
I have 100% achievement completion on this game, so not broken. Mind you if I would have had this guide before I started the game- I wouldn't have had to rummage through the discussion boards looking for why I couldn't get some achievements. Proof is in the pudding.
