There are many reason that strenghen my theory.
First point is simple. Sniper is a sniper (what a retarded constatation) and most successful snipers were men. Think of Robin Hood, Sheena, or Usopp from One Piece. Since the old era, great snipers were also great men. MEN.
Now that this fact is clear, assume that a true man would wear any weak or soft cloth, use any weak weapon, or stand behind like a coward...that would not be possible. Even the most coward sniper, if he's a true sniper, is a blasting hero just got out of the sun.

1- If you can't be successful with this mighty wonderful build you can't have any kind of success in your whole life, I assure you.
2- If you ever lose a match while using this build it's only and completely your fault. Not even a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ support with zero contribution to buy a 50g courier can be an excuse. It's only your lack of skill.
3- Don't even try to argue with this, since it's perfection.
4- Strenght and discipline will lead you toward victory. 100% assured.
5- In the moment this guide is being written there is a 0% loss report from any sniper playing this build.
6- This build can easly make you earn from 4 to 9 commends.
7- Read carefully step 3, and repeat it a couple of times.
8- By the time you get rapier and you don't have room for more items, simply destroy your boots
9- Real Perfect Snipers don't sell their itmes, they just destroy it, so no one is gonna sell them back at the enemy.
10- Your duty is to die in front of the battlefield killed by the tier 4 tower, at 20 minutes, after diving like a raging wrath and getting rampage on 5 invisible enemies.
