Neko Hud v2

This is a huge rewrite and update of Neko HUD which is still available here: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=532549312

I condensed it a bit and added some build tools such as a world axis viewer for adv ballsockets (and an arrow pointing north for ACF tanks and stuff) and an entity model/material/class viewer.

The paw color changes with your weapon color by default but you can manually set it by entering the command "neko_use_weapon_color 0" and then setting "neko_paw_r" "neko_paw_g" and "neko_paw_b" to numbers between 0 and 255.

Developers can add additional modules (the boxes in the HUD) to Neko HUD by calling either nekoHUD.Module(x, y, width, height, color, ondraw) for left-aligned modules, or nekoHUD.ModuleR(x, y, width, height, color, ondraw) for right-aligned modules, in the HUDPaint hook, where ondraw should be any function that takes an x, y, width, and height as parameters and draws something that will be the contents of the module.
