If you are unlucky and find yourself seconds away from an assault and need a solid plan to survive. Well here it is. In no mercy if the alarm is triggered the first objective is to saw thru the door to the ICU ward. While this saw works its way thru you have to take on and survive an assault. I have personally tried this on Hard, Overkill and Overkill 145 and if all 4 players work together and stick to the plan this is flawless. But if anyone strays this could leave the others at risk. But this is a Co-op so work the plan and get the loot.

Weapons
After placing the saw we know this eventually jams and will need to be restarted. So to make this easy we should stay near it. To allow that I prefer the Brenner as my choice Hamburger maker for it's high ammo capacity and decent accuracy and damage. At least 2 members should equip the Brenner, Works even better when all 4 players do. The AK isn't bad at this but requires ammo management. I have accomplished good results with the 308 and the Reinbeck but this will make you dependent on your team to work with you and carry the load during numerous reloads. But with the Brenner your team can have flaws with disclipline sticking to the plan and this guns ability to keep pumping lead down range will compensate for any team member shortcomings.

Positions
Once the first saw is in place 2 team members put their backs to the door and kneel. The the other 2 will take the other side and kneel in front of the small dividing walls that section off the main hall from the entrance

2nd assault. The ICU will have a T intersection at the far end. In this elevator hall 2 members sit with their back up against the Elevator while the other 2 put their back up against the wall on the far side.

Execution
This is the fun part.... Cops will end up in the intersection you and your team have your sights pointed at. With your team split up on both sides of them you will see that they have a hesitation which allows you to make hamburger meat out of those Pigs. Focus on specials like tazers and shields. Shields will have to pick a direction to turn, When they do the opposite side has access to the exposed backside. Making them an easy slow target. Dozers will need your team to concentrate fire to the head and fishbowl of the astronaut's helmet.

Drop your bags right in front of you for easy access. Try to coordinate getting ammo from the bag and reloads as this give the cops the opportunity to collect and attempt to over run you.

Keep guns at head height and just pepper your rounds as they run into the intersection or drop from the ceiling in front of you.

Restarting the saw will take some coordinating. Your partner is the guy sitting across from you not next to you. 1 set of partners go as one resets the saw while the other protects him. The other 2 keep making hamburger meat until they get back. It is very important to never let one entire side abandon their post.

Why it works
With your team on both sides of the cops you have created a crossfire situation they cant win. They will not be able to concentrate their fire in any single direction causing you oportunity to get thru almost untouched. Killing the cops in the intersection also has another benefit. All the ammo they leave behind is right there in front of you. Take turns swooping up the ammo by just running straight thru and back.
