What are Soul Sequences?

They are like a secret collectable item. When you collect all of the soul sequences for a certain district you get a cloth blueprint which you can craft. Here is a photo.

How are they useful?

First of all they can make you character look nicer. There are masks, gloves etc. You can also equip Brooches to these clothes. Brooches can give you additional passive effects to you character.

Keep in mind that Soul Sequences have a random chance of showing.

Could you move this to the newer version of the game? This guide's the best one for collecting all memorials, others are either poorly made or force you to watch videos

I suggest everyone get Soul Sequences, if available, on the Maniac difficulty (maybe complete the maps at the same time). If you can't find the relic the first time, try another difficulty. You should also mention what [Episode 3-2( )] or [Episode 2-1( )] means - > [Episode 3, 2nd area] respectively [Episode 2, 1st area(no portal)]. There are also coordinates in the picture, open them in a new tab.
Here's what's not right as far as I experienced:

Concrete jungle: isn't 3-5, it's 3-2.

Front line: Either I had very bad luck(required 15 tries) or it only appears on "Very Hard"(never maniac).

The Big Mouth, Episode 3: happened to find it only on very hard
Control base 02(tried 4 times): Only spawned on normal
Buster Core Episode 2: Only normal

keep in mind these person either forgot or didn't bother sayin dis but in some episodes u need to turn up to either hard or maniac difficulty to obtain it

Confirming the recent post, blue ice chest in 3-2 is around 296, 287. If you see the ambulance with just the low barrier then the Ice chest was there but if the tall barrier you see to the right extends all the way in front of the ambulance then it was never there. Did it four times and notice the tall barrier was up and no ice chest.

So Lude was right on target, but pretty sure it doesn't appear every time, by the fourth run with no success I started checking all the edges and destroying anything that might hide it in each part.
