This is a very simple little house - based on a modest home in Sylva, NC. It is on a simple 2x2 lot and has no added props and trees so you can use it however you'd like. Tri count is very low (274) and it has a modest 1024 x 1024 texture including illumination, normal and specular maps. And there is a custom LOD.

Like all my assets it is in a realistic scale but this makes it look a bit small compared to many bloated props and badly scaled assets. But I prefer it like that.

If you want to use this for your own packages with trees, fences, props and more - feel free to do so but don't forget to credit my work.
