The instructions lie in the "WHAAEET?!?17171" button.
It explains us how to get the K-Ordinats, represented by the little + and - signs at the bottom

Next to this button lies a right-arrow button, revealing the mustache panel, needed for the final move.

The order in the instructions is irrelevant, and in fact, it's quicker to start with the last one.

Cancel not totally: This is found in the second "entry 2" menu, then second "cancel menu", then "not totally" tab. You can't miss it.
The last K-Ordinat will turn to +.

The second and sixth K-Ordinats are also found in the second "entry 2" menu, in the "no" tab. Hover over the "Don't repeat and don't repeat", it will vanish, and you will realise you are not able to not repeat and not repeat.
Go to the first "entry 2" menu, trigger the STIFT, and go back to the second "entry 2" menu.
Then, you have to click the coincide button (coincide with time) when the green loading bar is, I think, fully left. Else just spam the button until it you don't get the "missed" message.
The second and sixth K-Ordinats should have turned to +.

(Also the eighth, but that's the STIFT, which acts weird, don't mind it)

Then, let's do the third and fourth K-Ordinats. Click on the "+- L+" button, over the radio buttons, around the top of the window. A font window will appear, click on its help button five times and close it (Get help with fonts five times, no less).
(My system's in french, don't mind that)
Then, for the right order in Butt ons, just click on all of them (Butt On A, B, and C) in any order, and on all of them again.
The third and fourth K-Ordinats should have turned to +.

Onto fifth, seventh and eigth K-Ordinats. Go to the first "entry 2" menu, remove the STIFT, and type "book" in the "book_in" field. In the "Pas Sword" field, type anything as long as the character limit.
Then, check the "Hide from co-authorities" button, remove the STIFT once again, and hit "Egzistify" (Egzistify entry 2)
Uncheck the "Hide from co-authorities" button (unhide from co-authorities), which will auto-remove the STIFT.
The fifth, seventh and eigth K-Ordinats should have turned to +.

The first one is, I think, the hardest. Next to the "+- L+" button is a kind of tree navigator, in such a small window it is unnavigatable. You must first find the equal sign. To help you, the diagram is made like this, in fully expanded form.
Once you click the equal sign, one of the checkboxes on the right will unlock. To check the others, you need to :

• Check the unlocked one
  
• Open another window (with the font button, the instructions button, or the mustache button)
  
• Close that window.
  
• Repeat three times

Once they're all checked (don't forget to check the unlocked one too), the first K-Ordinat should have turned to +.

In fact, all of them should be +.

Now, you can open the mustache panel (right-arrow button next to the "WHAAEET?!?17171" button) and click on it.
