your fucking review sucks, and let me tell you why, you compare this to CLASSIC platform games, and come with your mid to end 90s nintendo platformers. This game is made by the people who made Rise of the Triad, Duke Nukem 1 and 2, Commander Keen. Etc.

How dare you not like the thing with the stuff

Sigh, regardless of a personal discredit route only having so much merit, looking at just one singular game on top of my library and summarizing my tastes from there is as reductive as you made this video out to be. A conclusion you summarized from just the thumbnail alone, I might add.

My profile has hundreds of played games. Near 20 hours of Dead Cells, 14 hours of The Last Tinker, 9 hours of Cloudberry Kingdom, 8 hours of Elemental and a dozen more games like that if you keep scrolling.

If anyone were to throw up 20 bucks to a throwback, there are a dozen examples I'd rather recommend; merely being functional isn't praiseworthy by itself. Rayman Origins/Legends is a genre’s masterclass, Sonic Mania is a stellar rework, Guacamelee, Dust, goddamn Spelunky; you'd go far down the list before Rad Rodgers comes up. If you're really famished for another platform game, sure, there's nothing stopping you from also playing this, but that's setting the bar at its lowest possible point.

But c'mon, this game doesn't really suck. Sure it does have some negatives, but by no means does it suck lol.

Lol, console? Consoles don't have anything to do with it, there were/are a lot of platformers on those systems too.

Yea, I'm sorry my 600+ console library doesn't fit on Steam somehow.
