Satellite Hotkey

This simple mod just allows commanders to use the satellite view from anywhere on the battlefield without having to leave their vehicle to use a relay bunker, by pressing the 4 key after they've built a relay bunker/Scion antenna.

Thanks Rebellion for making this unofficial hotkey now work in the multiplayer modes!
