** ONLY WORKS ON SERVERS WITH ULX INSTALLED **

To Use:
• Grant Users The Permission To Use The ULX Command(Either Through The Menu Or By Typing "ulx groupallow user "ulx azacomms" into the SERVER console)

• Next Use The Command "/comms" followed by a message to use (eg: /comms Hello World)

I run it on my server, it was my idea and it turned into a great addon. You now have a FREE comms addon you can run on your server!
