Picnic Pavilion

Beskrivning
I thought this would be a quick little asset. But it turned out to be more complicated than anticipated.
It's a prop so you can use it in your parks and anywhere basically without any needs other than firewood.

It has about 700 tris and a 1024x1024 texture because I like decent and non repetitive textures.
Please don't ask for variants - but feel free to use it in your own assets.

The original can be found in Poteet Park of Sylva, NC.

Looks great. You should consider making it a Park Life feature!

I made several Downtown buildings in SketchUp, and have posted several photos of places and buildings in the town on my Instagram if you want to go into more detail. I am very impressed.

It is super close, though there is a wooden set of restrooms at the opposite end from the fireplace in the original one. I grew up going to many birthday parties there. You've also done a great job of recreating my hometown in C:S!

Yeah, it's relatively easy.

http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/workshop/browse/?appid=255710&browsesort=trend&section=collections

Start from there. You can get to that page from the main workshop page by clicking Browse > Collection. You should be able to see a create collection button on the right. You will need an image to act as a thumbnail. Steam won't let you create a collection without one. Once you've done that, you will be at a page where you have Add / Edit Child Items. Right under that, you will have Select items to put in your collection. Go to the third tab. That list is automatically populated with everything you have subscribed.

The main problem is that every time you click to add an asset, the workshop will try to refresh the page, but as long as you keep clicking, you can keep going. Also, it's possible to edit, at least temporarily, the height of that window to make it easier to work.

Beautiful aset. :D At last something that does not require other assets.

@AngryDragon Do you know how to easily create a collection out of the subscribed assets? I'm kind of lazy doing research about it...

subbed

Subbed and followed. Also, there's a lot of interesting stuff that I see on that screenshot beyond the asset itself. Care to share your collections? I would love to browse that.

@Simulant Totally agree on that point! Would love to see some wooden style ones, kinda like what Flux tried to achieve in his guest episode of Seenu at the golf course, but obviously with steps etc.

@blackwiddow thanks for clearing that up! Actually we need a decent and not so oversized pedestrian network including small bridges. The vanilla ones (paths bridges) are far too large and clumsy.
