I'm no expert and you don't have to be one anyway to understand the difference between a remodel and a reskin.

Your the expert, i was just running ideas past you.

No, reskins are just that. Changing the skin of something. In order to give the Hunting Rifle a red dot sight or just iron sights, you'd have to remodel it, as in changing the model itself. You can't make a scope look like a red dot sight by changing its texture. It's impossible.
