!This is my Pub Viper build where I take mid. Essentially the only differences between mid and safe lane is the starting items/time spent ganking

Viper has a lot of free damage, but he isn`t as dependable as some other hard carries so isn`t seen much in competitive play. The free damage allows us to tank him up early, picking up a quick vanguard/bkb to move into Manta/Heart before building some DPS items

The skill build can be changed to 2/3/0/1 at level 6 if on bot lane with a stout shield as a last item
