Note to Players: The PDAs are generally very, very easy to find in ROE. If you are half-thorough about making sure you search all areas, it might genuinely be difficult to miss a PDA. This list is just to intended as a checklist to verify you haven't missed a PDA before you move on to the next level. Pretty Easy!

look to the left, crouch the gap and go up the ladder. Follow the pipes up and around to drop into Elevator Maintenance, the PDA can be found here (along with locker 028).
