  • Online has been shutdown, which means the DLCs no longer work. Physical copies also don't work since they can no longer complete the online check.
  • No longer on Steam & Origin

  • Online is up, and running.
  • Available on Steam & Origin
    • Uses Denuvo Anti-Tamper DRM
  • Comes with all of the DLC, expect the Time Savers pack
  • Upgrades
    • 4K Textures
    • Better particles & more particles generated (sparks, smoke, dirt)
    • Sound echo improvement
    • SSAO is fixed, works properly
    • Improvement on bloom, and color saturation.
    • Better shadow filtering
  • Removed Songs
    • Never Heard Of It - Finger On the Trigger
    • Showing Off To Thieves - Everyone Has Their Secrets
  • Original mods will not work, but modders are supporting the remaster rather than the original.
  • Red billboard with the remastered logo
  • Fully updated to the 7th gen consoles 1.9 update, could also include other fixes.

The speeds were already reduced in the 1.6 version of the original game. It was not a change the remaster did.

Yea, they are two different games so the Ultimate Box would show up separately from the remaster.

If I have a Remastered on Steam with a link to the EA App, can I buy a key to the Ultimate box for the EA App and have 2 versions of the game in the EA App?

Thanks. Got The Ultimate Box on PC and Remastered on PS5. I have purchased this darn game so many times and so many versions of it since like the PS3 I think. :D

even after 3 years im still refusing to buy the remastered version, they shut down the servers just because they want to you to pay money to play online, which for me is complete cashgrab, and on pc launch it didnt work properly for some of my friends, EA can fuck off easily, hell even the vanity pack doesnt work anymore cuz the servers shut down..
