Snobot Mk2 Fixed

Update: Added more suitable 'backpack' item on character death, its a small grid button block.
Update: Game crash on Respawn Fixed, added a script to alter how the autohealing works, now heals to 100% when enabled, more tweaks will be added to that script

i tried moving the jetpack thrust locations but it resulted in invisible thruster effects, which i think, for now, is better than them showing where they should not be, so until this is able to be fixed, SnoBot's jetpack is more like an AntiGravity Wave Generator system :)

I also had to add some oxygen to it, to prevent the continual out of oxygen sounds, until i can disable that

it holds 1 unit of oxygen (but does not use any), 200 units of hydrogen, and the energy capacity is set elsewhere that i havent found :)
it is a little faster than the current engineer in all aspects.

i may be able to increase the Health at some point
i might be able to improve on one or 2 of the textures by swapping with some of the new vanilla textures that were part of the Beta release... Update, this did not look better, in fact it looked a little worse
