"Kapi's Ottoman-style Maniple Default Formation v1b (Updated)

Default Formation

This is my newly introduced formation inspired by the Roman "Checker Board" Maniple formation. This is more of a "Infantry" based selection where as cavs are more flank defense in-working conjuction with infantry or lights "within gaps" as anti-light dragoons.

Against nearby cavalries such as Light dragoons, if you are still using this "default deployement" without resorting to Stage 2+ Envelopments. Don't break formations unless if the enemy has infantry backup if not, wait until the cavalry (Light Dragoons) is in "Fire at will" status then procced with selective point & click target. What this means is that your line infantry will "Fire at will", regardless of their position without having them to actually turning around which is troublesome.

Note 2: The gap between ranks and column is used for the rifles to freely travel around without being in the way, it also act as a protective wall. It is recommended to weaken or wipe out enemy skirmishers first although it's your call.
