[*] Hat Kid faces wherever the camera is facing. This is almost impossible to fix, but it ends up causing some wall climbing to be impossible without looking directly at the wall being vaulted over or climbed upon.
[*] The Second badge slot has been straight-up iffy on if it is working with this mod. I've been playing with three other mods (FLUDD 4-Pack, Great Hootery badge and invis camera badge) and none of them have been actively used, and no mention of this issue with the other mods, so I fear it starts from here.
[*] Some things like held objects are fine for the PoV, but the Scooter is nigh impossible to use since it obstructs your view.
[*] Sometimes crashes when switching in-game (worked fine in a normal level once, crashed another time in the Mountains Death Wish Time Rift).
More importantly It actually let's you get a good look at the world. So a lot of neat things I missed while playing through normally.
