1. In Windows, open a File Explorer

2. in the folder address, type in the following:

%homepath%\AppData\LocalLow\Larkon Studio\Legends of Ellaria\Saves_V_0_7_0

* If the link doesn't work, type %appdata% and / or navigate to the above folder, which is located under the Users folder

3. You'll notice multiple numbered folders. Each represents a single save. To show the latest saves, press the "Date Modified" tab, or right-click an empty area and select "Sort By"=>"Date Modified"

(Optional) you can also click a folder and open the file "Thumbnail.jpg" to view the save game's in-game image

4. When you've identified the save that you want to send to us, right click on its folder, and select "Send To"=>"Compressed(zipped) folder"

At this point, windows will create a zip file with the name of the folder (I.E "-8586828875074798906.zip").

5. You can then send us an email to mailto:support@larkonstudio.com, with the attached zip file. Please also specify the issue you would like to repair or any context to help us understand how to process your save

We will then use the save to fix our issue and send a patch or send you an email with the save as a zip file

1. open the LoE save game folder through the above steps 1, 2 and 3.

2. Copy the contents of the zip to the folder. Make sure that the structure stays intact so that you are copying the numbered folders next to the existing ones. When asked to override, select "Yes"

(optional). If you don't want to override your save game, change one of the last numbers to a unique one. The numbers themselves represent the date, so make sure to change the last number and not the first
(I.E change "-8586828875074798906" to "-8586828875074798907")

3. Run LoE and look for your old save. The new save should have a similar date or a similar thumbnail image to the old save.
