This is a good asset, but it needs an LOD illumination map (_lod_i.png) otherwise it flashes when zoomed out and turning.

Your so called optimization standards are very subjective. Optimization does not mean lowest absolute amount of tris possible. But it means how you can get good looking model with less tris. Going down the tris way you lose the good look of a car, so why not release cars having ~300 tris? It would be superior optimization, but imagine how bad car will look.

For me personally, cars having less than 1000 don't look good enough anymore. High quality model does not mean he has least tris as possible. But a very good looking with reasonable number of tris.
