Level treants first, at 00:05 you summon treants in well, this way you have 1x free treants, and it's off CD once you get to the camps.

If you want to tryhard, summon creeps at -00:30'ish (30 seconds before creep spawn), move one treant to each rune spot, either deny it, or just scout it.

Start with either gloves of haste or basil. (you still get 7 minute hand-of-500gpm either way.)

Take the small camp as soon as possible (00:30), on (00:51) you stack the medium camp at the high-ground spot.
Of it stacks into ranged creeps, don't bother. If it stacks into melee (so you have double-melee in the camp) just start high-grounding, at level 3 get one level in sprout IF your team has lanes that are easy to gank, otherwise go treants.

If the enemy team sucks and doesn't check forest, you're welcome to high-ground foresting, as this is easier and you can go watch YouTube videos or whatever.

TIPS:
Remember you can use sprouts on yourself and then TP away.

Be sure to ninja-push once you get your Lothars as much as possible.

Either go lifesteal if you want to battle-mage, if not go crit and orchid.
