INTRODUCTION
Please keep in mind that this is all based off of our own opinions and all of the information has been gathered through trial and error. It will also take practice to get used to the strategies, so be patient. Don't forget that none of this is written in stone which means you can adapt your builds and tactics to your own needs.
Understanding Your Shark
When becoming good at shark the most important thing is choosing the right shark for you and understanding the way your shark works. Now if you're still reading you have chosen to try the bull shark.

Bull Shark:
From my experience playing with this shark I have placed it second on my Shark Power Scale. This scale is based off of stats not ability.

The bull shark sits in between the great white and tiger shark (I exclude hammerhead due to its different style). The bull has a lot of health and can output lots of damage as well, therefore it is a decently balanced shark.

3 Pros:
-High health (Tanky shark)
-High damage
-Very powerful ability

3 Cons:
-Not very good stamina
-On the slower side of the sharks
-Large(Gets stuck sometimes)

Ability:
If used correctly the ability attached to the bull shark can turn you into an underwater god. I will speak about how to correctly use it in the Strategy section. The ability grants your shark extra health, damage and stamina for a period of time. If you take advantage of some perks you can almost make this buff constant throughout the majority of the match.
Level 1
Duration: 4s, Cooldown: 15s
150% Health, 150% Stamina, 166% Damage
Level 2
Duration: 4s, Cooldown: 12s
170% Health, 170% Stamina, 166% Damage
Level 3
Duration: 4s, Cooldown 8s
200% Health, 200% Stamina, 166% Damage
Strategies
Early Game
While using the bull the early game strategy pretty much dictates the outcome of the game. At the start of the game it is important to only attack the easy kill divers. This means only take out divers that are stray from the pack or that you can easily exit the room with. Look for openings and create them. Along with tactics your perks are very important for success. With a bull shark the first perks to get are leveling up your abilty to stage 3 and then it gets to be situational. If your team is suffering a little bit and losing to the divers the first perk to get should be vitalized frenzy but if the teams are close or you are winning get nimble finned and double time first. You can view the Build section for more information on perks.

Mid/Late Game
Once you have gotten the early game perks it is time to upgrade. You next flow of upgrades is mostly personal but i reccomend trying blood rage and killer instincts because they will allow you to use your abilty more often and will increase stamina. Due to the fact that the bull relies on its ability I suggest waiting outside until your rage is at least half filled. That should be enough to get a kill and get out in one piece.
Build
This section will be represented by an image only. Each level refers to the order in which the upgrades are learned. Therefore level 1 is the first perks to get and level 4 is the last perks to get.

Conclusion
In conclusion this shark is a great option for all players. If used properly it can be godly and you will become the cause of lots of rage quits. I strongly believe that this creature is tapered for killing. And if you follow the guide to a certain extent you will see results.

Great Question. I'm currently unable to play theregfor I will not make a guide too soon. My recommendation is evidently to try aim for a diver that you cam run into a wall. I reccomend stamina regeneration perks and powerful tail as well. headstrong can be useful if you go for steve.

vs experienced divers I sometimes feel like early powerful tail and right click lunging in-and-out to survive is a must. shift swimming just doesnt cut it sometimes. Situational ofc..

Thanks wyvyrias! Ranger, if you play with me I actually mainly use thresher and mako. As stated by wyv though it's only based from raw stats, not potential. Thanks for reading the guide and sharing your concerns!

Mako is god-tier when played right. That's all about it.
Thing with this guide is, the "tier" is just a tier based on HP/raw power. It doesn't actually tier the skill level or actual potential.

How does one tier a mako badly when you can't hit it.
