Yes, you need US version 1.0 or it won't work.

@MayhemM7 Do I need to downgrade the Steam version of GTA SA before I install this mode ?

It's fine mate. I managed to work it out. I'll still need to workout the frequent crashes that happen but so far it's been an incredible trip down memory lane

@FANCY CAT: I guess you can disable the ENB, but it barely cost any FPS. Maybe you didn't adjust the Frame limit in the game menu? I think it's set to 30 as default, so you have to increase to whatever frame rate you want. I recommend 60, as this is an older game, and some actions are tied to the frame rate.

@RoyaleWare_X51: Yes, the Crash_Fix brings back the removed content.

Hi. Got the game up and running, so far so good. Is there anyway to optimize the frame rate?

Does this mod bring back the removed music from the certain car radio in this game ?

Yes, it's because RockStar removed certain tracks for the Steam release of the game. This causes crashes if you use the uncensored version of the game, which the crash-fix prevents, but some of the stations still won't play the removed content. Why RockStar chose to remove tracks from the Steam version, who knows. Why they did so without making sure their game could handle it, who knows. At least the crash-fix fixes the crashes.
