Proudspire Manor Upgrades

A small modification which adds some more stuff to Proudspire Manor.

Current additions:
- Two dagger displays on a table and one weapon rack on the left of the balcony door
- One large weapon display and a plant pot on the right side of the balcony door
- A decorative table and one weapon rack in the kitchen
- One large weapon display and a candlestand in the corridor near the kitchen
- One chest and two weapon racks in the basement near the stairs
- One candlestand on the basement stairs
- A satchel in the alchemy lab
- Brighter/more lights/candles in the basement

This mod also includes some fixes:
- Turned the chest in the bedroom by 180°
- Fixed texture overlay bug in the basement
